Guided by the core theme of “AI for Sustainable Futures Forum” we developed the forum’s overall visual identity and spatial experience. From concept design and spatial flow planning to stage presentation, we extended the narrative through a technology-driven and globally-minded visual language, creating an immersive environment that encouraged meaningful exchange among participants.

Our scope of services included: stage visual design, venue and environmental graphics, wayfinding system planning, event output design and production, as well as lighting, sound, and technical engineering coordination. Through integrated visual cohesion and precise on-site execution, we ensured the forum’s atmosphere aligned with its thematic ambition—delivering a seamless, polished, and future-forward event experience.
