Social housing differs from traditional residential buildings in that it serves a diverse group of residents, requiring a broader range of consensus and innovative ideas. On April 18-19, 2024, the National Housing and Urban Regeneration Center (NHURC) will host the “Social Housing Management National Forum.” The event will bring together experts from the central government and six major municipalities to discuss challenges faced over the past year, from long-term maintenance issues to policy and regulatory topics. Through these collaborative discussions, the aim is to find solutions and set new directions, recharging our collective efforts for the future.
